Brooke McGee born in 2003, is a visual artist from Fort Wayne, Indiana. She moved to Indianapolis in 2022 to attend Butler University, where she is currently studying psychology and anthropology and is on track to graduate in spring 2026. Though McGee’s academic studies are outside the arts, they have strongly shaped her creative perspective. Her paintings often combine realistic imagery with various text, symbolism, and heavily researched visual detail to construct in-depth narratives. By bringing together multiple forms of visual and written communication, McGee aims to create work that offers several meaningful points of view and encourages viewers to engage with the subject from different perspectives.
